What is Personaura?

Personaura is a wearable social signalling brand that helps you express your personality, mood, interests, humour, and intentions through interchangeable badges.

Think of it as a way to wear your vibe, signal your intent, and attract your tribe.

How do the badges work?

Each badge comes with a velcro backing that attaches securely to the badge panel on your Personaura T-shirt.

Simply swap badges whenever your mood, interests, or vibe changes.

Are the badges interchangeable?

Yes!

All Personaura badges are designed to be interchangeable and can be removed and replaced whenever you like.

Do badges come with the T-shirt?

This depends on the product purchased.

Our badges and tshirts are sold separately unless specified otherwise due to a promotion or sale etc.

Can I create my own custom badge?

Not just yet...

but it's something we're excited about!

We're exploring ways to let the Personaura community design and wear their own custom badges in the future. Imagine turning your inside jokes, personal mottos, unique interests, or one-of-a-kind personality traits into wearable badges.

We're not offering custom badges yet, but they're definitely on our radar. Stay tuned, something exciting may be coming soon...

Are the T-shirts unisex?

Yes! All Personaura T-shirts are unisex and designed with a slim-fit cut.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

What sizes are available?

Our T-shirts are currently available in:

  • Small (S)

  • Medium (M)

  • Large (L)

  • Extra Large (XL)

Availability may vary depending on stock levels.

The badge colours look different from the website. Why?

We make every effort to accurately display our products.

However, badge colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Photography

  • Manufacturing variations

Minor colour differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Do you ship internationally?

No.

At this time, Personaura only ships within South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are between 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Can I return my order?

Personaura does not offer returns for change of mind.

Returns and exchanges may be considered for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products supplied

Can I exchange a size?

Yes.

If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

We'll review the issue and assist as quickly as possible.

How should I wash my T-shirt?

For best results:

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold machine wash

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Iron on reverse side if necessary

  • Remove badges before washing

Following these care instructions will help preserve the quality of your T-shirt and prints.

Will the badges fall off?

The badges are designed to remain securely attached during normal wear.

However, we recommend removing badges before washing your T-shirt.

Can I wear multiple badges at once?

Absolutely.

Personaura is all about expressing yourself, so mix, match, and customise your badges however you like.

Are the personality badges scientifically accurate?

Personaura badges are intended for self-expression, entertainment, social interaction, and conversation starters.

They should not be considered professional psychological, personality, relationship, career, or compatibility assessments.
