This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Locations

Personaura currently ships within South Africa only at a flat rate of R40,00.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

- Weekends

- Public holidays

- Company closure periods

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Partner

Personaura uses trusted third-party courier services facilitated through Bob Go

The courier selected for your delivery may vary depending on your location and the shipping option available.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

Product Time
Order Process 1 - 2 business days
Order Dispatch 1 - 3 business days
Order Delivery 3 - 5 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are at a flat rate of R40,00

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Personaura is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Courier delays

- Extreme weather conditions

- Public holidays

- Industrial action or strikes

- Road closures

- Power outages

- Natural disasters

- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

8. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

Personaura will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

- The recipient is unavailable

- The delivery address is incorrect

- The parcel is refused

the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

10. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products transfers to the customer once payment has been received in full.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.

11. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and products immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photographs.

We will investigate the matter and assist where appropriate.

12. Lost Shipments

If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us at:
