We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Personaura offers returns and exchanges in certain circumstances but does not offer refunds.
Returns and exchanges may be requested for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Defective products
- Damaged products received upon delivery
- Incorrect items supplied by Personaura
We do not offer refunds for:
-Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with a chosen design, colour, or style after delivery (unless product is defective/damaged)
- Delays caused by courier services beyond our reasonable control
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Product Colour Variations
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, actual product colours may vary slightly from the colours displayed on your screen due to:
- Monitor and device settings
- Photography and lighting conditions
- Manufacturing variations
Additionally, badge colours may differ slightly from the images shown on the website. Kindly note that badges showcased on our website contain watermarks for copyright purposes, but will not be printed onto your order.
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
3. Size Exchanges
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order.
If you receive a size that differs from the size ordered; Personaura will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
If you ordered the incorrect size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn
- The item is unwashed
- The item is in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
Customers may be responsible for any return and reshipping costs associated with size exchanges resulting from incorrect sizing selections made during checkout.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly supplied
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assess the issue, we may request:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photographs of the product
Once approved, Personaura will provide:
- A replacement product
- An exchange for the same or equivalent item
For example, if a badge is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for a replacement badge of acceptable quality.
5. Conditions for Approved Returns or Exchanges
For any approved return or exchange:
- The product must not have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.
- The product must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Personaura reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving an exchange or replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or alteration
- Products damaged after delivery
7. South African Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
