Personaura is a South African business that designs and sells apparel, including T-shirts, interchangeable hook-and-loop (Velcro®-style) badges, and related accessories.

• Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
• Actual colours, finishes, and appearance may vary from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing variations, and other factors.
• Badge colours may differ slightly from those shown on the website.
• We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, colours, and availability without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
• Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers.
• Personaura does not store your payment card details.

5. Orders

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion.
• If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including sizes, delivery addresses, and contact information, are accurate before completing a purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within South Africa only.
• Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Personaura.
• Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer.
• Preference changes after delivery.

However, we may offer an exchange where:

• The incorrect size was supplied by Personaura; or
• The product contains a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for an exchange:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Personaura reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving an exchange.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant Personaura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share such content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

• Is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Violates any intellectual property rights.
• Contains spam, malicious code, or misleading information.

Personaura reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

• Badge designs
• Artwork
• Graphics
• Images
• Text
• Website content

is owned by or licensed to Personaura and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Personaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available.
• The website will be free from interruptions, errors, viruses, or technical issues.
